Cicorè – roasted chicory: a chicory drink, made from Chicorium Intybus roots. Once picked, the root is washed, sliced and dried. It is then roasted in hot air, ground and packaged. Naturally free from caffeine. Medium ground for use in Moka pots, espresso machines and tea pots.
