Cooking instructions: defrosting not necessary. In the frying pan: pour the contents of the bag into a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste. In the microwave: pour the contents of the bag into a microwavable container and cook for 10 minutes at 750 W. Season to taste.
