Cooking instructions: defrosting not necessary. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and pour in the contents of the bag. Leave to cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes.
Defrosting not necessary. Pour the contents of the bag directly into boiling water or stock, add salt to taste and, when it starts to boil again, cook for about 35-40 minutes. After 25-30 minutes you can add rice or pasta. Once cooked, season to taste.
